Tell Claude when you need a room.

Connect Citizen Space to Claude. Claude checks your calendar, suggests free slots, books once you confirm and gives you the payment link – all in the conversation.

How it works

In three steps.

Add the connector
In Claude, go to Settings → Connectors → “Add custom connector” and enter the URL below. Name: Citizen Space Zurich.

Connect your calendar
Optionally enable the Google Calendar or Outlook connector. Claude will then only suggest times when you're free.

Book in the conversation
For example: “Book me a meeting room for 6 people next Tuesday, 2 hours in the afternoon, when I'm free.” Claude confirms room, time and price with you, books it and sends you the confirmation, calendar entry and payment link.

What Claude can do

Look up rooms, equipment and prices
Check availability, several days at once
Calculate the price incl. VAT
Book – only after your explicit confirmation
Retrieve or cancel a booking, get the payment link
Add the appointment to Google, Outlook or Apple Calendar

Security

No tool moves money. You complete the payment yourself via the checkout link. Bookings always need your confirmation in the conversation.

Example conversation

You: I need a meeting room for 5 people on the afternoon of 15 September, 90 minutes. Check my calendar for a time that works.

Claude: Your calendar is free on 15 September from 14:00 to 17:00. At Citizen Space, Meeting Jaffna (up to 10 people) is available 14:30–16:00, CHF 135.– excl. VAT. Shall I book it in your name?

You: Yes, please.

Claude: Booked, booking number CS-7K2M4Q. Here's your payment link and the appointment for your calendar. Shall I add it straight to your Google Calendar?
